Oh - it turned out really good. My hubby was unhappy that I only made ONE 5" x 7" pan of it. :) I'm going to double it next time and add spinach. ;) Thanks - my hubby was really impresesed that I'm making more dinners and branching out ... partly b'c of YOU and your posting some GREAT resources of new recipes. ;)
I have to say I love your blog! I couldn't sleep at 4 AM and was on Beth's blog--saw your post, followed the trail and really enjoyed your blog. Your farm sounds like a fabulous slice of heaven. We've just retired to our little acre full of oak trees in Texas and are lovin' it. (Summer was a little warmer than I remember it being!)
You have a beautiful family and I know you're a blessing to them.
