Freezer Meals

 

I went to Dollar Tree to get foil pans but they didn't have the size I needed so it was off to Wal-Mart. I had to do bulk cooking/freezing today of our zucchini so I clenched my teeth and bought the more expensive pans since that's what they had. Today I am making zucchini lasagna. Do you do bulk cooking/freezing?

A Beautiful Morning

It was a beautiful morning to be out using the push mower and tidying up the flower bed by the shed. I still have a small section to do at the very end but My Skippy Man came out so I took a little break to sit with him and talk for a bit. The sun was shining, the birds were singing, the gentle breeze was blowing......it was GLORIOUS!!
