A Planner & Creamy Spinach Artichoke Soup
I have been keeping a Happy Planner since the end of last year, trying to keep myself and our home organized. It has really been helpful in different areas of my life. I love that I can decorate it how I want, using graphics of things I love. I had never done this before and I have to warn you....IT IS ADDICTING!!
I have also started making meal plans on Mondays again and the stress of "What am I going to make for dinner tonight?" has been removed like a heavy weight off my shoulders. I have been using pinterest to find different recipe. You can find almost EVERYTHING there. The other day I found this recipe for Creamy Spinach Artichoke Soup. OMGOODNESS.....it is DELICIOUS!!! I knew I was in for trouble with that very first bite. MMMM!!! What a great meal on a cold, winter evening!

I have a very bad sinus infection which ended up with me at Urgent Care this morning. My Skippy Man has been such a good sport and has taken such good care of me today. He made me soup, brought me tissues and bought me cough drops and a Vick's Inhaler. Before he went to bed, he made sure I had a cup of hot tea with lemon and the tv remote. What a sweetheart! Thank you, sweetie!

I have been in bed a good chunk of today with sinus issues so I took the time to get caught up on my Jamberry listening and watching training videos and booking parties. I \\am so blessed to belong to such a PHENOMENAL COMPANY and and even more PHENOMENAL TEAM and THE MOST OUTSTANDING TEAM LEADER anyone could ask for! A dear, sweet friend of mine told me about a Christian Women's Reading Challenge and I knew I just had to participate. I absolutely LOVE to read but have not done much of it over the past few years so when my friend told me about this, it just seemed like now was the time to get back to it, and what better way to do that than to read books that were going to really give something to me, give me things that I can really take away and use in my life right now, not a whole bunch of fluff.
So, this is the start of my collection. There are different levels that you can choose from so I am starting out on Level One, choosing to read only 13 books for the year. If I get through these and feel I can do more, I'll bump it up another one. I pick the level I want to strive for. The categories are:

Today was Mouse's first Music & Movement For Tots class. She LOVED learning about different instruments and how to play them, and was able to identify each one. She really enjoyed their free movement time as well as the other things they are learning. I'm so blessed to be a part of this with her and happy she is looking forward to next week's class!

It was a beautiful day to be outside today. Our temperatures were just in the low 20's and snow 2 days ago and now it's 71*. Can you say CrAzY!!!!! While Daddy & Kiddo were cleaning up the yard and taking things to the dumps, 'Lil Bean and I played outside. Future mowing buddy in the making!
