GLUTEN FREE ALMOND FLOUR PANCAKES

I have been looking for a good while to find a gluten-free pancake that not only is easy to make, tastes delicious but that also actually looks like a pancake.  I would have thought that would be an easy task.....I was wrong.  

After many attempts using different recipes I found on the internet, I finally found one that I LOVE on The Novice Chef.  They are light, fluffy and are made with almond flour.  YUMM!!  The recipe is easy and doesn't take long to put together at all.

These are pancakes I made for dinner last night.  I have been under the weather and didnt want to make a big meal so we had pancakes and sausage links.
