For this recipe you will need....
Ingredients:
8 ounces fresh grated Parmesan (don't use frozen, it crumbles)
2 tbsp all purpose flour (or substitute rice flour or gluten-free flour)
2 tsps freshly minced thyme leaves
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
*Mix all ingredients together
*Scoop level tablespoonful of mixture onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper
*Spread each round into 3 inch circle
*Bake in the middle of the oven at 350* for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown
*Cool in pan for 5 minutes then loosen with metal spatula and allow to cool completely
on a baking rack
Remember, you can change some of the seasonings to fit your family's taste.
