Time to make some eggs for breakfast burritos. I added red onions, spinach, green peppers and crumbled feta.
Then I put on the lid and shook it up.
I put the leftover eggs in a mason jar
Which made them easy to reheat a day or two later.
During the last 10 to 12 seconds I laid the burrito wrap over the top to warm it up. I think I'm going to make a big batch of eggs on Sunday and put them into individual jars for the rest of the week.
