Parmesan Crisps

8 ounces fresh grated Parmesan (don't use frozen, it crumbles)
2 tbsp all purpose flour (or substitute rice flour or gluten-free flour)
2 tsps freshly minced thyme leaves
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Mix all ingredients together.
Scoop level tablespoonful of mixture onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
Spread each round into 3 inch circle.
Bake in the middle of the oven at 350* for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool in pan for 5 minutes then loosen with metal spatula and allow to cool completely
on a baking rack.

  1. Yummy looking recipe. Soup and parmesan crisps would be delicious together.
