ZERO CARB FLAX BREAD RECIPE

My sister sent me this recipe this morning and I am so glad she did. Quick, easy, and CARB FREE bread. Now I can still have my sandwiches! WOO HOO!

Some other awesome additions you can try are pumpkin, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and protein powder flavor of choice. Great topped with almond, sunflower, or peanut butters.

For this recipe you will need the following:

Ingredients
2 cups flax meal
5 egg whites
2 whole eggs
5 tablespoons flax oil, coconut oil, or olive oil
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water
3 packets Stevia

Directions
Whisk all the dry ingredients together.  In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients together and mix.  Add wet ingredients to dry and whisk together.  Pour into bread pan and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.

This recipe can also be made into muffins: divide batter into muffin pans and bake for about 10-15 minutes.   Some other awesome additions are pumpkin, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and protein powder flavor of choice. Great topped with almond or peanut butter!

Just so you know, Laura, that is not my blog "Hope" on your side bar. Someone else has taken up the URL.

I also changed my blog again...

  5. Hi Laura,

I am in a very emotional state right now. Please disregard the above blog links. I have deleted those blogs. My father-in-law died nearly two weeks ago, and the following weekend, I found out that my father has leukemia and was told that he had 2 weeks to 3 months to live.

I would like to keep in touch with you, and I will probably even begin a new blog, eventually. I just wanted to let you know what’s going on with me.
