Hydrate, HyDrAtE, HYDRATE
Staying hydrated is very important, not just during the summer but all year round. They say we need to drink half our body weight in ounces each day. I love water so it's not hard for me to do, although I have to admit I don't always remember how many bottles I have already had. lol
I found this idea on pinterest and I LOVE IT. With this size bottle, I have to drink 4 each day, so I would put four rubber bands at the bottom. Each time I finish a bottle, I move a rubber band up to the top. When I have all four at the top, I am good for the day. The number of bands depends on amount of water you need an the size of your water bottle!

Healthy Pancakes
I was looking for a healthy pancake recipe and I find this one on pinterest. It's low calorie, high protein and I really LOVE it. It's obviously not your normal, carb-filled pancake so if you make this thinking that's what you'll get, you will be disappointed.
These pancakes have a great, delicate banana flavor and the texture is like the center of a piece of French toast or a crepe. This recipe is quick and EASY. All you need is 1 banana and 1 egg. I add some cinnamon and finely chopped walnuts to mine. Mash your ingredients together and cook on a hot skillet as you would a normal pancake. I used coconut oil in my pan instead of butter. I used honey on mine instead of syrup. YUMM!!
